		<description>I agree with you Tammy, priorities are not working in regard to services and funding, even if the Rann government doubled funding to disability services, we would still be lagging behind, the $31M over 4 years dosent even play catch up.</description>

		<description>It was a disgrace to see that a day after the government announced an injection of funding for in home services, an article on 6pm Channel Seven news (11th December, 2009) that an m.s patient is in hospital after what was expected to be a 3 week stay, now still in after 4 months. His family obviously distressed due to wanting to care for him, yet not having the paid help they so desperately need.
The patient &#039;Michael&#039; was quoted as saying his stay in hospital costing up to a thousand dollars a day? Seems obscene to me that this is happening when his family want him home and are willing to give all they can?</description>
