All meeting room bookings must now be made through our online booking system.
The system provides a calendar, allowing you to easily see whether there are rooms available at the times you want. The system also provides online payment facilities via PayPal.

Three meeting rooms, each seating up to 25 people, are available for hire during the day, evenings and weekends. These rooms are separated by folding doors which can be opened to form one large conference room seating up to 90 people.
The entire centre is accessible for people using wheelchairs and mobility aids, and an Audio Loop may be provided in the meeting rooms for people with a hearing impairment.
Other audio-visual and multi-media technology that can be supplied includes microphones, multi-media projector, laptop computer, Internet access, DVD and TV. Each room has projector screens and fixed whiteboards, and additional portable white boards can be provided.
The meeting rooms have adjustable skylights to take advantage of natural sunlight whenever possible.

Bookings lasting up to 3 hours and taking place during business hours are charged at a rate of $25 per hour per room +GST.
Bookings not charged at the hourly rate are charged as half or full day bookings:
