Three meeting rooms, each seating up to 25 people, are available for hire during the day, evenings and weekends. These rooms are separated by folding doors which can be opened to form one large conference room seating up to 100 people.
The entire centre is accessible for people using wheelchairs and mobility aids, and either an Audio Loop or an Easy Listener may be provided in the meeting rooms for people with a hearing impairment.
Other audio-visual and multi-media technology that can be supplied includes microphones, multi-media projector, laptop computer, internet access, overhead and slide projectors, DVD, Video and TV. Each room has projector screens and fixed whiteboards, and additional portable white boards can be provided.
The meeting rooms have adjustable skylights to take advantage of natural sunlight whenever possible.

- Off-street parking for about 16 cars
