Positive People Solutions (PPS) have two workshops coming soon to Adelaide, De-fusing Explosive Situations: Managing Aggressive Behaviour on Thursday 29th April, and Engaging and Motivating Difficult Clients on Friday 30th April. Details for both can be found here.

PPS also have available a 2 DVD set titled Difficult Co-workers Made Easy, and an online course titled Effectiveness Training for Helping Professionals.
