A mixed arts event.

Featuring the second of our Big Circle art exhibition openings which will feature awards in 5 categories. The opening by Jeanette Milford, Glenside’s Music Therapist and the creator of Bach to Blues, with Eugene Suleau as the MC will be followed by singer Michelle Threadgold and performers from Cracking Up group including Adam Gould, Suzie Siebert, Helen Keene, Abner Bradley and Kathryn Hall in a variety of skits and stand up routines.

The event will include a screening of short films and digi-stories created for mindshare in 2012.

You are invited to submit artwork for Perspective 2012, Purple Orange’s annual art exhibition, which this year will proudly be associated with SALA – the South Australia Living Artists festival.

The theme of Perspective 2012 is Change.

Australia is talking a lot about disability, with big changes in how people are supported to live a good life. This exhibition will explore how people interpret and experience change when things are different in their lives and their communities.

Submissions are due by 29 June 2012, with a launch on 30 July 2012.
