Tax help for people on low incomes who have simple tax returns will be available at SIS (Ground floor 76 Waymouth Street, Adelaide) from 17th July until October, every Tuesday from 10 am to 5 pm.

The Household Assistance Package starts from May 2012 with an initial payment, followed by tax cuts in July 2012 and then ongoing assistance added to regular entitlements from March 2013. You may be eligible for a payment under the Household Assistance Package if you are receiving a pension or other income support payment, are a Commonwealth Seniors Health Card holder or are covered by a Commonwealth concession card.
