Sausage sizzle and pre movie entertainment starts at 6.30pm.

After the event, drinks will be available at the Robin Hood Hotel.

High Tea – Raise money for Edmund Rice Camps

High Tea at the Crystal Room at the Stamford Plaza.

This event is run by Edmund Rice Camps. Proceeds will go towards their services for children and families in need.

Tutti Breakfast

On Sunday 10 April at the Esca Restaurant Tutti are organising an ALL YOU CAN EAT breakfast. $5 from every breakfast will benefit Tutti and help them to offer opportunities to both disabled and non disabled people of all ages to become involved in the visual, digital and performing arts.

CARA St Patrick’s Day Quiz Night

The Community Accommodation & Respite Agency (CARA) will be holding a Quiz Night and Silent Auction on St Patrick’s Day (Thursday 17th March) to raise funds to provide much needed respite and accommodation services for people with a disability in South Australia.

7.15pm (for a 7.30pm start) till 10.30pm

Self Advocacy Krispy Kreme Fundraiser

The Self Advocacy Group is holding a Krispy Kreme fundraising drive to raise money for a trip to Melbourne to attend the “Having a Say” Conference from the 8th- 11th of February 2011.

By buying Krispy Kreme Donuts you will raise money for members of the Self Advocacy Group to attend the conference.

Walk With Me for Novita Children’s Services

You are invited to participate in a leisurely 45-minute walk around the  picturesque Botanic Gardens and then join Novita staff and clients for a Picnic in the Park. Enjoy the beautiful environment, enjoy free family activities, be socially inclusive of people with disabilities.

Why Participate?

Novita promotes social inclusion and focusing on the person not the disability. Novita has been a not-for-profit service for over 70 years helping South Australian children with disabilities such as Cerebral Palsy, Spina Bifida, Muscular Dystrophy and Acquired Brain Injuries.

Who can participate?

Everyone – families, children, teens, couples and people with any disability

Where?

Plane Tree Drive, Adelaide Botanic Gardens and Botanic Park

When?

Sunday September 12th from 10.00am – walk starts from Plane Tree Drive at 10.30am

How to Participate?

Register at www.novita.org.au/walkwithme – it’s FREE. Gain sponsorships and donate to Novita.

Bring a picnic and enjoy face painting, glitter tattoos, balloon artists, Star Wars characters, plaster fun house model making, storytelling and a free ice-cream eating competition. Some refreshments available – sausage sizzle, free water, orange juice and Dilmah tea.

Variety Fundraiser Quiz Night Saturday 4th September

A Variety Quiz night fundraiser is being held this Saturday night the 4th of September at UniSA Mawson Lakes Campus. All money raised goes to Kickin4kids who provide equipment such as wheelchairs, leg splints and car conversions for kids in need in SA.

Troy Gray Channel 9 Sports reporter will be attending to talk about Kickin4Kids and you  can pay at the door.
