The June 4^th MusicWorks has another outstanding line up of music featuring Adelaide’s top duo Zkye and Damo just back from the States,

and, Nicky Ross a veteran pianist and singer from Victor Harbor, so make sure you don’t miss another great MusicWorks in June.

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING REQUEST

The May MusicWorks which was held yesterday attracted a record crowd and the atmosphere was just outstanding, however, some people in wheelchairs were unable to access the upper level of the venue because they couldn’t get up the two steps to where there was still some available tables. In the true spirit of the MusicWorks which is about cooperation and inclusion, may we request that groups of people that don’t include wheelchair users,  occupy and fill the tables and chairs on the upper level of the venue so that people in wheelchairs and their groups have greater access to the tables on the lower level. Thankyou in anticipation of your cooperation in this regard.

The MusicWorks is organised by Tony Doyle Visions and the team and we thank the Gov. for the availability of such a great venue.

The Christmas MusicWorks will be held on Tuesday December 4th ( 10.30am to 2pm at the Gov).

Come and celebrate the end of another busy year with us and enjoy the music of :

The Rejuvenators, well known songs from the fifties onwards

Linda McCarthy, singing a selection of your favourite songs

Special guest Singing Santa complete with his sack of lollies.

So don’t miss this Christmas Dance Party, please put this into your programmes and diary’s now and come and join in the Christmas fun at the Gov.

 PLEASE NOTE THERE WILL BE NO MUSICWORKS IN JANUARY, WE RESUME AGAIN THE FIRST TUESDAY IN FEBRUARY.

The June 5th MusicWorks features two more all-time favourites.

The father and sons trio PRAWNHEAD playing their unique rhythmic bluebilly, and, the exquisite professional voice and music of DOMINIC.

The upcoming May MusicWorks will feature two of Adelaide’s most popular professional duo’s, Bill Parton Duo and Shine Duo.

Tuesday May 1st, 10.30am to 2pm @ The Gov.

$6 entry. Working support workers are free.

The upcoming April MusicWorks will be a bit different from normal. There will be only 2 performers, both big names in the South Australian scene. In the wake of his second Womadelaide appearance Chris Finnen will perform a range of blues and world music pieces to delight audiences. The second performer will be the wonderful Linda McCarthy, an outstanding singer and all round entertainer.

The next MusicWorks on Tuesday March 6th will feature great music from The Jam The Mix and The Gig music and mental health project.

First up the JMG Band followed by JMG Acoustic. The final act is Matt Davies who is a regular working support worker at the MusicWorks.

Matt will be doing a mixture of well-known popular songs and some originals.
