Are you the Guardian of an adult?
Were you appointed guardian of someone you know under an Enduring Power of Guardianship (EPG) or appointed by the Guardianship Board?
If so the Office of the Public Advocate would like to hear from you!
The Office of the Public Advocate (OPA) wants to better understand the issues and problems involved in being a private guardian.
If you are, or have ever been, the private guardian of an adult, you are invited to take part in this very important study and have your say about how, and what, services should be provided to guardians.
Harrison Research is undertaking the survey on behalf of the Office of the Public Advocate. You can participate by completing either a paper copy or an online survey.
If you are interested in participating, you can find out more from Harrison Research on 8490 4200, or you can participate in the survey online.
You will find a link to the online survey at the Office of the Public Advocate’s website www.opa.sa.gov.au or on the Harrison Research website www.harrisonresearch.com.au.
Closing date 30 April 2012.
